Gabs is a passionate & bubbly therapist with a holistic approach who strives to ensure her clients time on the table is not only therapeutic, but enjoyable, meaning they hop off with an improved body & mind.
Don’t be fooled, Gabs may be small, but she is strong; National Powerlifter with state records, strong! With her knowledge of movement and love for trigger points & deep tissue, Gabs is excited to get her elbows into your body issues!

Chanelle is a passionate Remedial Massage Therapist who takes pride in client care. With her hands on holistic approach she aims to achieve results for each individual client.
She specialises in Dry Needling and Myofascial Cupping, and other modalities including Sports Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release and Relaxation Massage.
Chanelle believes the improvement of overall well-being is to have a balanced Body Mind and Spirit.

Adam has a diploma of remedial massage, an advanced diploma in naturopathy and is registered and accredited with the Australian Natural Therapists Association (ANTA)

She owns a thriving health and fitness business, where her dedication lies in helping people move more freely and live pain-free lives.
Transitioning into Remedial Massage was a natural progression for Corinne, allowing her to further her mission of enhancing her clients’ well-being through targeted, therapeutic techniques.
Corinne particularly enjoys working with gym enthusiasts and fitness goers, helping them achieve optimal performance and recovery.
