About Reiki
Reiki is a form of Japanese energy healing therapy that uses 'Universal life force energy channeled through a practitioner's hands to help move stagnant energy and release blockages for emotional and physical well-being.

Reiki is a non-invasive technique to promote healing by releasing congestion from energy centers to enable a good flow of energy in the body. It is administered by the practitioner placing their hands on or above major energy centers on your body (chakras) of the body and is based on the idea of channeling universal light and love thought a practitioner to a client.
This technique helps to promote healing by releasing congestion from energy. Typically a session will begin with a one-to-one chat about where you are in this stage of your life followed by a performed hands-on healing treatment.
